Distributed aviation data infrastructure
CAVOK Pulse

Connected airfield intelligence.

CAVOK Pulse is a distributed aviation data network powered by CAVOK Nodes deployed at airfields and other strategic locations.

Each Node captures aviation data locally and securely connects it to the CAVOK Pulse platform, helping create a richer picture of aircraft activity across the network.

The network / 01

The CAVOK Pulse Network

Individual airfields provide a valuable local view. Connect those locations together and they become something more powerful.

CAVOK Pulse is being developed as a distributed network of aviation sensing infrastructure, with CAVOK Nodes positioned where aviation activity actually happens.

01 / LOCAL

Capture locally

Capture aviation activity close to the airfield.

02 / CONNECTED

Connect securely

Securely send data into the wider CAVOK Pulse network.

03 / DISTRIBUTED

Build through Nodes

Build coverage through many independently deployed Nodes.

04 / USEFUL

Turn signals into data

Support useful airfield applications with processed aviation data.

Meet the CAVOK Node

The CAVOK Node is the edge device that powers the network.

It is being designed as a compact, weather-resistant, remotely managed aviation data receiver that can be deployed at airfields and other suitable locations.

Built to expand

ADS-B is the starting point, not necessarily the limit.

The CAVOK Node architecture is being developed with future expansion in mind, allowing additional sensing and connectivity capabilities to be incorporated as the network evolves.

Why join CAVOK Pulse?

A location can strengthen its own view while contributing to a network designed to become more useful as participation grows.

01

Better local data

Create a dedicated data source positioned at your own location.

02

Contribute to the network

Help extend the reach and usefulness of CAVOK Pulse.

03

Minimal local management

The system is intended to operate remotely once installed.

04

Future capability

The same infrastructure could support more sensors and applications over time.
